1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TablTrack (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a restaurant or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TablTrack provides a cloud-based platform for restaurants and food businesses that includes: digital QR menus, online ordering, kitchen display systems, order management, analytics, staff management, billing and subscription management. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• The Service operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing cycles.
• Payments are one-time transactions processed through Razorpay. We do not store your payment credentials.
• If a payment is not received before the billing cycle ends, the subscription becomes inactive and access to premium features is suspended.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service (including DDoS attacks)
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without written permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another user or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos and content, is owned by TablTrack and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service (menu items, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display and transmit it solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

7. Data & Content

• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you publish through the Service.
• You retain all rights to your restaurant data — menu items, orders, customer data and analytics.
• Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes indefinitely.

8. Service Availability & Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss or business interruption resulting from service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TablTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TablTrack, its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time from the billing settings or by contacting support.
• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the city where TablTrack is registered.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
